01

Start with a problem, not a perfect idea

A useful business idea starts with a person, a recurring problem and something you can realistically deliver. You do not need the perfect idea before speaking to potential customers.

  • Observe repeated requests around you
  • List what you can do, access or learn quickly
  • Choose a problem people already want to solve
02

Generate realistic options

Look at what you know, what people ask for, what you can obtain or produce, and what people already pay for. Combine them to create several small offers instead of one huge project.

03

Choose one priority idea

Score each idea from 0 to 3 for customer need, accessibility, starting cost, proof of demand and ease of explanation. Select the strongest idea for testing, not for permanent commitment.

04

Test it in 7 days

Describe the idea in one simple message and show it to real people. Record questions, objections and signs of interest. Continue, adjust or change direction based on evidence.

  • Speak to at least 10 people
  • Ask what they understand and need
  • Record every answer in CoraBiz
